You can cancel upto 6 hours before your appointment on the app. Anytime after this will have to be on a message via Instagram or Facebook & you will be charged 50% of the service on the booking system.
No-shows will be charged the full appointment cost.
You will be classed as a no-show if you are 10+ minutes late.
